LEI MUNICIPAL Nº 825 DE 04 DE ABRIL DE 2024. EMENTA: DISPÕE SOBRE O RECONHECIMENTO DE UTILIDADE PÚBLICA O INSTITUTO RECRIAR. LUCAS DUTRA DOS SANTOS, PREFEITO MUNICIPAL DE SEROPÉDICA, NO USO DAS ATRIBUIÇÕES LEGAIS QUE LHE CONFERE O ARTIGO 74, INCISO I DA LEI ORGÂNICA MUNICIPAL Nº 01/1997, FAÇO SABER QUE A CÂMARA MUNICIPAL APROVOU E EU SANCIONO E PROMULGO A SEGUINTE LEI: ART. 1º FICA RECONHECIDO COMO UTILIDADE PÚBLICA O INSTITUTO RECRIAR. ART. 2º O INSTITUTO RECRIAR, LOCALIZADO NA RUA: JOSÉ FERREIRA BATISTA S/Nº LT. 44 QD. 09 BOA ESPERANÇA SEROPÉDICA, DESTINARÁ SUAS ATIVIDADES À ASSISTÊNCIA A CRIANÇAS, MULHERES E PESSOAS COM TODAS AS DEFICIÊNCIAS E AUTISMO, ACOLHENDO OS EM UM AMBIENTE COM PROFISSIONAIS CAPACITADOS PARA OS CUIDADOS DOS QUE NECESSITAM.
